NatWest Group has made a series of pledges to improve
racial equality among its workforce, including plans to increase the number of
Black staff in senior roles from 1% to 3% by 2025. The banking group made
several commitments after a four-month review of employee experience found only
28% of Black staff in the UK felt employees all had the same opportunities. The
bank said it plans to include more people from Black and ethnic minority
backgrounds in interview panels and adverts and provide training for white
